2004 F-350...uh lots of motor work to go fast...er. Way to much to list. 2001: 3" leveling kit, ARB bumper, lightforce 240 blitz, 35" KM2s. SOLD 2008: OME 886s 90000 with dakars, LR UCAs, 5% tint, Satashi. SOLD 2015: Flooded and Gone
i'm having a problem with my subs not coming on...

    1) i have gone through every step i could think of for why they wouldn't be working. i started at the battery and traced to the in-line fuse...wasn't bad but put a new on in.
    2) after that i went to the amp and it is still getting power but only stand-by power (red light is on) green light doesn't come on indicating ready power.
    3) i checked the 12v wire and it also is getting power.
    4) i then proceeded to take the amp out and open it up to see if maybe it had an internal fuse, it doesn't have one and everything looked normal inside the housing....
    5) i have put everything back and even switched the in-line fuse holder with a new one and still no luck...

my question is why isn't the amp turning on fully(green light). i have a stock radio. everything is getting power and i've checked all the fuses that would remotely have anything to do with the audio category.... does someone have any idea as to what i could do next. tomorrow afternoon i'm taking it to the audio shop to seek further knowledge but figured i'd ask here also....thanks for the help!!

Red light is protect, there is something ells going on with the amp. Id suggest contacting whom ever you got it from. That is technically what we call a blown amp of sorts but there are many reasons for this

Also check the 2 fuses on the outside of the amp maybe one or both are blown?
