    I got one 10" Kenwood KFC-1000F in the small portion and set my line controller and amp in the larger area. I had to drill a few holes to run the wiring for the amp but generally it was pretty easy and painfree.

    I have two shallow mount pioneer 10”s and two 5 channel amps (planetronics and BAMF) in the garage doing nothing. This thread has my mind stirring. Isn’t there someone who can build the boxes and ship?

    Mini-Necro bump....... Pretty sure I know the answer, but what is the seat arrangement after install. Can they be used? Also can they fold down like before the install?

    BTW, how do you like it, 6 months in? The quality of the @Mr Marv custom box looks amazing.

    Would this work as a LOC? Not marketed specifically as one, but it has speaker level inputs. I was going to save up for one of these just to tune my aftermarket setup. But with the way factory head units are becoming more integrated with the rest of the car, I figured I could bring this to my next vehicle and use it as an LOC if I want to keep a factory look/head unit.

    Sorry for the delayed response @McFlysRide . I have had it in the truck for almost 2 years now. Still love it. The seats are the same but they do not fold down all the way and the plastic on the back of the seats have to come off.

    Bought the box on Amazon. 2 10” rockford fosgate with a 500 watt rockford fosgate amp. Plus I have a lc2i as my line out converter.

    Be really careful of the vents on the back wall. Make sure they don't get knocked out at all. You will have water in your cab.

    It was designed for a second gen I believe but one of the questions asked was if it would fit in a third and the seller said yes. So I got it and I’m surprised at how well it has been working.

    I really wanted to try this style box out but heard the horror stories of the vents behind them getting knocked out and leaking. That's why I had mine built like they are. I'm glad they work though. Would have taken a lot of work out of it all.
