Not sure how I want to make this work, I want to put a subwoofer in the rear seat of my Tacoma I have an access cab with jumper seats and also have 2 kids I was thinking about buying a kicker 12 inch single enclosed sub, but I’m not sure how to make it all fit back there. Unless I make my own box and put it in the storage under the seats.- any feedback would be great thanks guys:cool:

There's a ton of different ideas you can find on this thread:

    https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/access-cab-sub-box-suggestions.224725/

For reference, pretty much anything you can think of tacoma wise if you just google what you're trying to do, will probably come up with a Tacoma World thread in the first couple results with some one asking the same question. I've thought of some pretty random things that I was sure no one had tried before and sure enough there was a TW thread.

With two kids, make it easily removable (for you). Mine is sitting in the hallway and will go back in on Friday.

I have a Kicker Hideaway under the front passenger seat in my Access Cab. I like it- not nearly as powerful as my L7 in my old STi, but it gives enough emphasis on bass to feel comfortable. I have it paired with a Kenwood DDX9702S headunit, 4 Kicker KS speakers which are powered by an Alpine Power Pack. You can see my post here for part numbers and links.

I have a 10" Image Dynamics sub that sits in between the jumper seats. The box is from Supercrewsounds and was a direct fit. Probably not the greatest quality box but I've been bumpin it hard for a couple years and have had no issues. I also retain full use of my rear jumper seats! Those legs are supposed to go to the floor but I think they sent me a box for an earlier year Tacoma. Still fits and works fine.

Actually their boxes are pretty decent for what they charge for them.
