Sucking air from somewhere else? Interesting, how can you tell? Did you clip the stock air box down properly?

    Video would be great.

Did you put the air box lid bad on right? There’s 2 tabs on the bottom side

Should change your thread title, you've been here awhile.

Help is reserved for those that actually need help IE stuck somewhere, broken down, etc.

Put the nozzle on a can of brake clean. Spray around the intake hoses etc and see if the engine revs up.

I'll read other gen sub sections but that's it; I clicked this thread from the home page though thinking someone could be stuck. Could be in my area, or in an area I know someone could provide assistance.

check for rips, things disconnected, etc in the hose / tube that runs to the throttle body.

Haha good call....I assumed he meant he installed a K&N cold air intake but maybe he did just mean an air filter

In that case I'd check the MAF...might have gotten oiled up and screwy from the oil on the K&N filter. Though I dunno why that would cause a high idle but who knows

Look first where the human was last method has a stunning success record.
I agree with not only triple checking airbox fitment and clamps, but also seeing if MAF is gummed up with silly air filter oil.
