It rains and I have to work. I would like to go with you guys too next time ya'll go muddin. I tried out my 4x4 yesterday under a bridge in Webster. High tide makes the creeks flood under there a little bit, was fun.

 

I have no timetable on when to go I was just trying to float the idea out there. I would think this weekend would be a good time. How does Sunday afternoon sound.

 

Maybe... Could I bring a Ford Friend?

 

I'm down for getting our trucks dirty.

I've got 4X4, but no tow strap.

I'm also unclear as to the exact location. If traveling Southbound on 59 from Hwy 6, do I have to go past the Brazos river and u-turn at 99? any directions provided would be appreciated.

 

I'm not far from there. Might join you guys and test out my new suspension.

 

I have a Tow strap, I am pretty crappy at directions so here I go... You don't pass the Brazos river. The Turnaround is a little before the actual river, you go under the bridge for the river on the turnaround and then as soon as you merge back into traffic there is a little stop sign that turns right and is the exact spot where you need to be, it goes directly off the pavement and onto a dirt trail and you are there. UH Sugar Land is a pretty close landmark. Might be a good meeting spot to caravan on out there.

 

I can go tomorrow morning if anyone else wants to, Sunday afternoon would be short for me but it might be a possibility.

That sucks! At least you are earning money to put towards your truck to make it better for when you do get a chance to come out here

Can't do Saturday because of a soccer game, but Sunday afternoon may work. How's sometime between 2 - 4pm sound? Hopefully it wont be all dried out by then.

 

Can't do 2-4. I have to be at my church around 2:30. Just checked weather for next weekend, 40% chance of rain Friday, 60% Saturday, 30% Sunday. Y'all want to get together for sure then if it rains again?

 

I am going on out there right now just to play around and get out of the house, if anyone wants to join me y'all know where to find me.

Do either of y'all have locking diffs? Just incase I get really stuck with my prerunner

but then again, if you have ATRAC you should have the rear locking diff.
