    Aloha, looking to install a pair of S1 lights under the rear bumper, on opposite ends of the tow hitch (see attached pic for reference).

    Question is, what lighting pattern would you suggest as this is mainly used for when I reverse the boat / trailer down the harbor ramp at night?

    I was advised to choose the "work/scene" lens but not too sure, so wanted more feedback on this.

    I am open to suggestions on other models other than the S1, but wanted something small and low profile.

    Note that it will be running through an aux switch so it will not come on everytime I engage in reverse, thanks in advance!

    I've got one S2 Sport with a combo lens mounted beside the plate;

    My main requirement was extra light for backing up in a busy ski-area parking lot- I wanted both range and a bit of spread.. This does it perfectly.

    I ended up mounting S1 lights onto CaliRaised mounts above the taillights. Was worried that mounting it under the bumper would result in breaking off whenever I'd hit the trails.

    Wouldn't you want to see behind the boat instead of behind the truck?

    I would be inclined to place flood lights on the boat trailer.
