Looking to wax my truck once or twice with it being the first wax of the year, which to use? was looking at turtle wax ice paste, but not sure. Dont really have a wax buffer, so its gonna be shoulder workout time...... anywho, input would be nice, pros/cons ect.

I'm partial to sprays, because they are so easy to use. You won't get a shoulder workout. Spray, wipe, wipe off.

    My favorites are:

    Meguiar's UQW
    Duragloss Aquawax
CSI Q-7 Wax (which we sell)

Duragloss Aquawax is the easiest to apply and remove. It's almost as easy as a quick detailer. Sometimes I end up waxing my truck at night in my garage using it, since I don't hardly need any light to make sure I wiped off all the excess. However, it doesn't seem to last as long as the others, so when I can wax it outside, I use CSI Q-7 Wax.

But everyone has their own opinion...you will not likely get a consensus on wax. Since the sprays are cheap, give it a try. I'm not sure you'll go back to pastes and doing circles...and staining your trim (the sprays don't stain).

Billies on all four corners with daystar spacer lift. Bought it like this. Replacing done with toytec ultimate 3" lift
The BEST first wax is a paste wax. It lasts longer an doesn't wash off the first rain. I use meguiars ultimate paste wax for all my customers.
