Suggestions for rear shocks with 6" lift

    Currently found bad leaf spring. Have ordered new OME leafs, new shackles and U-bolts.
    Tacoma has 6" lift. Thinking I should replace shocks while installing leafs. The existing shocks are too old to read any information on them.
    Seems logical to me that the rear shocks need to be longer than OEM shocks?
    Tight on $ after purchasing leafs. Would like to install Bilstiens, have no idea if they would be long enough.
    Amazon has Fabtech for 6" lift $130.00 ea. Didn't want to spend this much $ but thinking this is the safest unsure decision to make.

    Any input appreciated.
