I have searched on here for the codes I have and am wondering if I am overlooking something.

    2000
    V6
    4x4
    Auto
    281k miles

    Codes:
    P1130 A/F sensor B1 S1
    P0110 Intake air temp sensor B1 S1
P0171 System too lean bank 1

Issue #1. I recently started to have low RPM's at idle and it has shut off once at red light.
Issue #2. An amount of soot I haven't seen from the exhaust. Picture below**

I have checked, tested or cleaned:
MAF (Cleaned and Ohm tested) I do have an issue with the air filter box, mentioned below.*
    Injectors (Checked with a stethoscope)
    Head gasket (Checked)
    TPS (Checked and ohm tested)
    Vacuum hoses (Checked)
    PCV & hose (Checked)
    EVAP (Checked)

    Replaced:
    Fuel filter, recently
    A/F sensor (Denso), recently
    02 sensor, 2/3 years ago

    Ordered to replace:
    MAF
    02 sensor (downstream)
    PCV hose

*Air cleaner assembly issue. It has separated at the connection circled in red. I can't find a picture of it separated or a part number. Anyone have any info?

** I can't wrap my big head around the soot issue. I have a feeling I might need a new catalytic converter.

Thank you for your suggestion and time. I appreciate it.

I've had great success in non-automative applications using Plexus (MA310) 2 part adhesive to bond plastics together. That would be my suggestion over the standard epoxy or 2 part putty you'll find on local shelves. You do have to invest in the system a bit (gun and nozzles) but it's extremely effective. Loctite Hysol would be the other option (but I am not seeing that on Amazon anymore- just McMaster-Carr and Grainger). Plex is generally a lot harder / brittle when cured, while the hysol is considered less brittle. Either would be more than sufficient to seal up the airbox. Clean the surface with acetone and mask off anywhere you don't want epoxy to be, and send it.

To me, that soot indicates a over rich condition at startup. I don't see any mention of you doing anything with the IAC? Recent cleaning of the throttle body? If not, be careful. I suggest removing the IAC from the TB before cleaning the TB. Getting gunk into the IAC will impact how it opens and closes and can impact the idle RPMs.

Also, have you looked at your long and short term fuel trims?

I thought about cleaning the throttle body & IAC, but skipped on it. I'll give them a cleaning and see if that helps. Good suggestions on removing the IAC. My Toyota manual even suggests that. I found the video below helpful, but instead I'll remove the IAC when cleaning the throttle body and use Throttle body cleaner.

My long term was around 39% and short term was around 19%, idle was under 1k RPM. Using a BlueDriver.

It's important to note that fuel trims can be either positive or negative. A minus reading indicates a rich condition and a positive (or no symbol) reading indicates a lean condition. either way, + or -, 39 is a very high reading. Assuming it is actually a -39 reading because of all the soot you are seeing.
