I could see making some sort of frame if your doing the whole floor pan like in a total cab rebuild .

What you need there is just something to keep exhaust fumes out of the cab .

This is a street legal truck ??

I have used what ever I could scrounge Washer or Dryer sheet metal Scrapped Steel welder side panels.

Are you close to Allentown Pa?? Be glad to help if you need it

I'd cut out all that rusty metal
and weld in a replacement footwell.

If a viable salvaged body can't be located/obtained
or the replacement foot wells can't be cut out by a salvage yard.

I'd just do it by welding in my own fabricated sheet metal.
Not really too difficult if ya know how to use a cutoff wheel and welder.

Regardless... it's only a bandaide repair
if the the rust is not removed or neutralized fully during the repair.

If not doing a quality repair...
might as well just lather on some JB weld
and fill the holes with that crap.
Should hold up for at least one season. !? Lol

JB weld doesn't rust so maybe it'll survive two seasons.

Meh... Fred Flintstone had no use for footwells.
And cripples with no leg use, still drive cars...

So whom needs footwells anyway ?
    over-rated IMO.

Just tie up yer legs by your boot straps...
so the don't drag and become torn from yer body !? Lol

I am in Hillsborough, NJ, but I think I am able to handle it though. :fingerscrossed: I'll just cut as much as I can out and patch it up and then try and find a parts truck to salvage some stuff. It'll be fine. :cookiemonster:
