Get your license..all you need is three days of studying for an hour or two each night. The test js very easy. I have an extra mobile unit or handheld walkie talkies that you can borrow

Noted. I've got experience in the field so I'm hoping it isn't to difficult to get the license.

    Monkey,

Were you planning on making it up to the bay area for this then head out with us? If so, let me know. I've got a room for you to crash in if necessary.

Jasmine says that's so sweet lol..we are planning on making this trip..sounds fun and we're looking forward to it. Thanks for the offer for the room. We'll let you know.

just need for everyone to agree on the weekend so I can plan my schedule in advanced with my work. Jasmine and I were discussing early that we'll make drive up the day before and then cruise back to LA on the following Monday :D any weekend will work for us.

I see you've been to the "frog ponds" Triage. Do you know anyone from C-Punch?

Nice photos btw, nice to see their not CA compliant weapons.

Nice pics! I don't know anyone from C-Punch. I have met a few interesting people out there. Bay Area Expeditions do a few trips a year out there.
I hope to make it to this one with TW members, looks to be a lot of fun.

I'll bring an AR and my AK74 if I come and a G17. If anyone wants to shoot them, they're welcome to, as long as they bring ammo. I've also got a .22 kit for the AR for those who don't want to spend money, load the mags and I'll let ya shoot for free. Maybe I'll grab some tannerite too and we can blow something up.

I'm planning on being there and I really want to so I'll let everyone know so they can bring ammo.

In my opinion part of the allure and experience of the black rock is that it's remote and sparse and typically one sees very few other people.

Since I was concerned we would run into a lot of traffic I consulted a local fellow 4x4 enthusiast.

    So... I guess we're good.
