So it doesn't have this scribe line?

i looked it over pretty good and didn't see one. i'll take another look after work today when i put it in the truck and correct myself if i was blind earlier. i can only assume asthetics/one less thing for them to do. Maybe the one they sell for 5 footers is the same and then they mark it. who knows.

I got mine on friday and put it in. It didn't have a scribe line either. I just took a piece of masking tape and made a scribe line. A new sharp razor blade on the utility knife cut through it with no problem.

It definitely keeps stuff from sliding around. I had a bunch of tools and such in the back of the truck this weekend and they didn't move.

confirmed no scribe line on mine. took about 5 minutes to drill my hole and find the right combo of screws/washers/lock nuts to do the secure bed mat mod and another 10 to cut out the back to corners so i can use those tie downs. still need to cut out space for all the extra ones i added but it is a pain with a razor blade only. i need a better tool. any suggestions?

I've had mine for a little over a year and it's still great! Installed it within a few days after buying my truck. The original composite bed hasn't seen the light of day in practically ... ever. :D
