Does anyone know if there are any meaningful differences between a 2019 Tacoma and a 2023 Tacoma with the Safety Sense P package? Is the control box behind the mirror the same on all years? The options for a sunshade for the '23 are pretty limited, but I suspect a version for a 2019 or 2020 would also work. Can anyone confirm?

No meaningful differences. The only odd duck out is the 2018, which might or might not need notches for both the sensor array and the old gopro mount.

The sunshade I use wasn't made for 2018+ (TSS equipped) and I have no issues with my 2020. Cutout or not, shouldn't cause any issues.

I'm using a small car size versus truck size sun shade. Generic type available at any big box or auto supply store for about $15. Works fine.

5% tint all around, Raptor grill lights, ProComp 17x8.5 Rockwell wheels, Maxxis 265 / 65 / 17 AT tires, TRD skid plate
I got the WeatherTech sunshade for my 22. Fits great.
