I have a 2008 Tacoma the sun visors are to the point where they are floppy and the passenger side will not stay up. Does anyone know if they can be tighten or is a full replace job at this point?

If they need to be replaced, can you recommend a site to purchase from?

There are a couple of YouTube fix vids out but I think replacement is eminent. There is a redesign out that is supposed to take care of the problem.
