IDK. I heard good things about it from a guy with Northeast Toyota Overlanders.

There is a charity run there on 11/14

I vote for Wolf Springs, since I'd actually be able to make it. Is 4WD Farm still a thing? I don't think their website has been updated/working for a couple of years.

Edit: Looks like this Saturday 10/31 is the last chance for Wolf Springs this year. Weather is clear and cold (20s / 30s), maybe some rain/snow there Thursday night.

Dude so I am real new to all this. I bought my truck bone stock in June, and was into Miatas and autocross before this. This was basically my 3rd real "off road" trip. I had never gotten winched out and I was SO excited. I'm still really excited when I can pull someone else out with a tow or snatch strap.

I am definitely excited for the next trip, you all were so helpful and welcoming and I had a great time

I want to go but I don’t think I can pull it off this time, it’s a bit of hike on short notice and sometimes I have mandatory OT Fridays...def next time though

I'll plan to go somewhere on Saturday. If it's within 2-3 hours of Rochester, anyway.

Anyone know anything about this area?: https://www.dec.ny.gov/lands/110452.html
It's about 50 miles NE of Syracuse. The map shows a bunch of "high clearance recommended" seasonal roads. Maybe not for this weekend, but it's been on my radar to scout if I'm passing through.

I've done some exploring around Lowville, but never that specific area. A lot of the "roads" on the gazetteer that say "jeep" trail are gated on DEC land, but not all... That part of the Tug hill is big for snowmobiling, so I'm sure there are lots of those trails scattered throughout.
