Went to the Corral Canyon OHV park
We circled the entire park and then went to the Look-out tower. From there we proceeded down towards Espinosa trails but stopped when we reached the bottom. There was a fork in the fork road. I turned right and ran into Border Patrol on foot. They advised me to turn around because the trail I was on would dead end to three different "locked" gates. They also recommended I skip Espinosa trail simply because I was not a 4x4. They must have intimidated Ron because the agents said they don't even take their trucks down that path. So up we went towards the light house again only to come back down the paved road. Other than that is was fun. A little challenging at parts and the weather was great. Just hot enough to be out there without a shirt. Of course I couldn't tell you the temp because my temp gauge stopped working. Well here are the pics. Not bad for being out there with only one truck.

I did have a good time. I want to go back to finish that trail I started ONLY if its doable. We did go on road 5 but about 1/2 mile into it, we turned around because of a rock bed I couldn't cross. We were hoping to reach road 11. It's all good I guess. :D

As long as you saw some dirt and made it back safe- it's all good.

Seems to be more Oceanside TWers lately? I only have met Doc SS, who lives about a mile from me (I am near the mission). Maybe I will post a how many in Oceanside thread?
