    Hello All,

I need to find a replacement door for the sunglasses holder in the overhead compartment. One side of mine broke and all I need is just to door itself, not the whole console. Anyone know where to find one? If I knew the part number, I could could search a lot more effectively.

    Thanks in advance!

Have you checked the local junk yards?

I'm sure TM would sell you one, for a price.

Who/what is TM? I don't really want to dig through a junk yard to be honest. What would I search for on ebay for this thing? What is it exactly called?

There's a member wlth a junk yard in Miami. Go to 2nd Gen. Market place and keep going back thru the pages and you should find him in there. Go to the home page and click on buy/sell/trade - Then click on 2nd Gen. Market place.

You don't actually have to dig. Just bring some treats for the attack dogs, and a bag of weed for the guys that work there, and before you know it you're on your way home with your door. Oh, and don't forget to drop your handgun in your pocket before you go in.

Can't tell you what it's called.

TM = Toyota Motor Corp (at least to me) :)

Man, I'm just thinking from a $ perspective the junk yard is the way to go. Cats I've talked to say they've wanted an arm and both legs for the entire overhead...that they couldn't buy just the door.

On second thought, someone will be along here shortly with the part number for you. That's probably the best way for you to go, JollyOxe. Could be a lot less hassle.

Yeah, so they can take it from you and use it to loosen you up before the banjo music really gets going

If they can see it, it's not concealed.

Edit: and you shouldn't be carrying (unless in a retention holster)

I’m sure you figured this out by now (5 years later) but for anyone else interested, they are all over eBay (used) just search overhead console. I’m missing the sunglass tray as well. Found this thread while searching.
