    Good afternoon everyone,
While riding down a bumpy road this morning I bumped my head on the headliner and pushed the moonroof (headliner cover) off its track. Anyone ever pull this back down without removing their complete headliner?

That thin piece of press board rides in that aluminum channel...I don’t think you can bend it enough without damage to get it in without taking it apart although it might be damaged already from the skull bump. Good luck

Thanks, yeah I tried to bend/flex it back but didn’t want to do more damage to it.

yeah it appears to have 1/8” of clearance side to side when installed...with the lip of the track 1/4 wide on both sides it’s not going in without a fight. As you need an 1/8 to clear the track. That press board looks like it will break off or chip easy. I don’t see any give in the tracks.
