Super Stuck Tie Rod End

    i’m doing the djm lowering kit rn and i’m trying to replace my old tie rod end, but the things stuck as a mug i been trying for bout an hour or two i’ve applied lots of pb blaster i’ve used heat the bastard won’t break loose any tips?

    Rebuilding seats with leather from furniture and extra padding. Might put leather on the dash and other interior parts.
    Try using a pickle fork? A bigger hammer? If you"re trying to knock it loose with a hammer maybe try putting something solid under it to get better shock value from the hammer impact.

    Being a tie rod.. what is actually stuck- the stud or the bit threaded into the inner TRE ?

    When people say they've applied heat, it usually a small map torch. You need oxy/acetylene type of heat some times.
