    Sure if someone wants to donate a light for R&D.
    not sure. But appreciate the lead on thermo'n it. There are some tight curves the light have to fit into with not much tollerance... not sure is thermomolding could make those bends..

    As long as it could pull out of a mold you're good. Even if the draft is too much you could still tweak the design to make it work. But you'd first need to make sure there would be enough demand before.

    Since the baja rock light is 2.38" wide I'd imagine 4 KC cyclones would fit max?

    Instead of removing the headliner to gain access would it be possible to cut 2 small holes to access the screws and then get some black plastic hole plugs to fill in?

    Sounds alot easier
