    I think the best 'anti-tailgater' methat was what I had on my old '89 Camry back in the late 90's.

    The neutral safety switch died, and I was poor in college and couldn't afford a new one. I left the dead switch on the transmission but unclipped the harness and put some leads through the firewall. I then put the cheapest possible switch and voila!

    I've never seen tailgaters back off faster that when doing 110km/h :canada: on the highway then they see your backup lights come on.

    :rofl::rofl::rofl:

    No worries. I meant to say “fitment” and it came out “figment”. Maybe because so far, these have been a figment of our imaginations! :D

    I only have one photo of these on. I can tell you though, that the red appear much less bright than this. If the reds were this bright, you'd get into some trouble while braking! If you choose to have a single amber in the middle as a dust light, that will be brighter than the red, but still not as bright as the white.

    Cool.
    I was just worried that the orientation would be like a rear area light as opposed to lighting up the bed.

    It would be nice if the whites were angled downward but it would look really funny with the design. (I talked about this with Taylor)
    The good news is the rock lights are not directional. AKA it will flood the bed with light
    Bad news is the rock lights are not directional so it throws light upwards(not useful) and straight back into rear drovers(maybe useful for tailgaters?)

    Found it in #823....did you have the light on in your garage?
    It's definitely bright and looks cooler.

    I would have linked the post but when I did it just linked the entire thread.
