Just a consideration here. If the wires would come out to the left and right they wouldn't be directly in the wind /rain. Maybe even curving them down a little would help that rain drops wouldn't find the way in.
Looks wise the opening to the front is very sleek.

smashed this, broke that, covered it up with tape and paint
You use a weather pack fitting over each wire to close off each hole. It’s a circular rubber gromit that goes over your wire to seal at the base of your connection

Don’t mean to pester you for pics but they would really help my decision and I’m sure other people’s as well on with version to go with. And I’m sure they’ll help meso with marketing as well. He’s opening orders tomorrow and we all know his stuff flys off his shelves quickly. Thanks.

I posted these pics of the KC version 10 months, but for anyone who’s interested:

Also, there have been a lot of requests for pics of how well this version lights up the bed.
It lights up EVERYTHING behind it.
    This should give an idea:

I made a CAMERA version 3rd Gen, so I needed to offer it for the 2nd Gen Crew as well.
Being that the housing is half the size, it was a little harder to cram the camera in. Alas, I did it, but if you have a 2nd gen(or 3rd gen access cab) You will have to slightly trim the inside of the stock housing(see red in picture)

It was the only place to place the camera at the proper angle.
Here's the backside to get a better idea

The KC version for the 3rd gen looks good actually it looks great. The 2nd gen and 3rd gen access cab version is slightly different with it being smaller and the edges are rounded off.

I'm kinda surprised you haven't used the VLED's from the MESO Puddle Light project in a 3rd brake light yet.
But then again, they are not available yet, so maybe?
