Parked for three days at Timberline, OR (last year). It snowed a little bit while we were there

Recently installed the hood scoop decal(shorty) and it works wonders...there is still a portion of the hood that glares straight into your eye but very noticeable improvement from before

Just an FYI but lifted tacoma sports have less glare.

Hmmm I have been thinking about it... want to add some heavy duty leaves too to increase payload, not sure I can afford that all right now. I also have no idea how to do that so the labor would be killer. I'm thinking it'll be 2k+? Any tips or advice is greatly appreciated

Man I am an accountant and I put on my lift. Watched a couple videos on YouTube and finally grew some nuts and did it. Not much to it really basic hand tools and a jack.

Maybe it's because I'm 6'4" but my scoop never glares. Though I also don't wash and wax regularly....actually I've only ever washed the truck once since I owned it...

That's really cool dude! How long did it take? I am worried about installing it well vs just getting it on. I don't want to have a bad ride after :(

Okay okay damn guys lol. Did you install everything at all once? New coilovers, UCAs, HD leaf pack?

I should wash my truck more...I do try to get it detailed once a year though, really helps keep it looking new. Downside is that I can see the glare off hood and bedcover for the first few days after it's cleaned:rofl:

Mine needs a bath desperately. Black ICE all over the underside and halfway up the sides.... :annoyed:
