The cross bar is super easy. Which hanger you have?

The Archive Hammer Hangers, just like @SuperBad but for a 2nd Gen.

Took about 10 minutes to install Jason’s Archie bar but he already bought it.
Kennys and mine are BAMF and a different mounting plate. Still didn’t take long to do. Both styles of hangers are drilled for the crossbar

I'd been gathering parts since august. I felt like my OME was wearing out so a change was in order!
Should be able to fab it easily. I can always pull mine off anytime, its only 2 bolts per side, to measure and make a quick template. I also believe archive will sell just the plates and then you can weld the bar in like the bamf setup. Either way should be pretty simple. I bought the complete bar for simplicity and not knowing if I could get it fabbed at the time of purchase. The bar definitely helped cut down the body roll I got from installing the hangers. Really happy with the improved ride from the back upgrade. Even after adding the AAL to my dakars its smoother and rides better than when I had the base dakars and stock hangers.
I feel like for everything is easy to fab! I do agree though making the Archive crossbar seems like it would be pretty easy after seeing it and installing the one I bought.

BTW Hangers are the exact same for both gens. Crossbar is identical also!

Word, I asked @Naveronski to get with Cali Raised to see how much building one would be since they have the labor and tube stuff.

He has the hangers as well, so they should be able to make a template off his truck if needed.

My threads not very active. I dont post a lot but try to keep up with whats all been done to my truck. I keep post 1 updated with all my changes and usually post the pics as they get done at the same time. I dont look for them either. I think I came across yours because of the brushed copper Ray 10's or 35's or just being a sweet build.:notsure:

I'm happy with my 29 pages over almost 3 years. I still havent set up post #2 in that time...:anonymous:
I counted them and took pics. Theres not much difference. I'am really starting to think they may have put the wrong label on my set and I didnt get the 700lb springs. You only have a few more threads showing than I do.
