Supercharge, new header, regear, anything for more power?

Hey guys, those of you that have lifted and gone with bigger tires, did you do anything to compensate for power? Looking at options now

 

Water meth injection is a good upgrade, especially if you’re going to supercharge it. Not exactly a bolt up and go thing though, it will take some modifications to get everything fitted as it typically comes as a universal kit
