Hello and welcome to my thread!

It all started with my new purchase. 2015 Tacoma Dbl Cab Long bed 4x4 Limited with 16 miles on it. It came with a 6 inch Rough Country drop bracket, block lift and 35" tires and 18"XD addict wheels.

    a352f97d-9c5e-445a-bfd8-2a71aaf99ead_zpscyb8ujl0.jpg cd31b6e1-9be1-45a2-8578-bc95dc0fb993_zpsbw6ocoum.jpg 4af4bb01-fb1d-407f-b2d9-a3e3c5443af1_zpsujeqmp1m.jpg

The next purchase was some Nitro 4.56 gears and some Arb air lockers for front and rear. After that I purchased ReadyLift tie rods, Total Chaos UCA, Extended King coil overs, deaver leaf springs for the rear and another set of kings shocks for the rear. When I did the leaf springs in the rear I had to do a shackle flip. Thats when I discovered Armortech-offroad. i bought there shackle flip kit, front and rear bumpers, tire carrier, rock sliders, a arm skids, gas tank skid, and dual battery tray.IMG_20160518_175717_01.jpg IMG_20160518_175716_01.jpg IMG_20160518_175714_01.jpg IMG_20160518_175710_01.jpg

he could find you one I am confident. If you really are interested and are not blowing smoke i will get his name again and give it you. the other option is Underdog Racing Development. they have there supercharger for sale again. just so u know they are the same superchargers. made by the same company, just mine has trd on it and i get a sticker and a shitty toyota flash. URD is is not stamped trd and you do not get the emission sticker, but u do get a piggyback tuner. costs are close to the same. only benefit is i dont need a "hot smog", otherwise they can both be made to produce same power

I only purchased Toyota's SC because of the warranty, and smog issues.

actually the urd is quite different.. The magnusun is the same as the trd, and is sold by URD, but isn't the urd branded charger.. The urd is basically a belt driven turbo from what ive seen.. Correct me if wrong

Yes i have the Kings. As for the differences in Superchargers I believe u are right, but URD sells the magnison as well as urd. I never really checked out the URD kit but i will

Nice truck OP, once you go supercharged there's no going back lol. And yeah the 50 state smog sticker is a huge plus, especially if you're in California like me.

BF Goodrich Mud Terrains, LED bar, HID Hi's and Lows. I am planning on trading mine in for a 2016 or newer depending on when i gather all the information I need on this site to build my truck. Seems like every month I learn something new. Future mods so far: Front: - 16" King extended coilovers with remote reservoir shocks - Total Chaos Heim Pivot UCA's & LCA's - 6" BDS lift, just the Spidles & Crossmembers - T100 front axles - ReadyLift tie rods - SS extended brake lines - Larger calipers - Pelfreybilt bumper - WARN® 9.5cti-s winch - Glassworks front fender 6" rise and 4" bulge - Carbon Creations carbon fiber hood - Carbon fiber hood pins Rear: - 4" Alcan full leaf pack with Orbit Eye - King extended shocks with remote reservoir - Pelfreybilt rear shock relocator - ATO 6" shackle flip kit - ARB rear air locker - Rear differential breather mod - Pelfreybilt rear bumper - SS extended brake lines - Glassworks rear fenders with 4" rise and 4" bulge Misc: - 4.56 gears - One-piece driveshaft - RCI skids for transmission, transfer case, fuel tank, and rear differential - B.A.M.F. rock sliders - 17x10 rims with 4.5 backspacing - 35x12.5x17 Toyo Open Country MT - Spidertrax 1.25" wheel spacers - 50" LED light bar - Several Cree LED pods - Rear camera anytime mod - Underbody LED lights - Green HID's - Green LED Fogs - Aluminum camper shell - Line-X the whole truck
I am planning on a very similar build. What size shackles did you use with the ATO shackle flip kit, the standard 3", or the 6"? How many inches is the Deaver leaf pack that you ordered? Also, how are you clearing the 35's without rubbing? Did you trim the fenders at all or use wheel spacers?

I am using the 6 inch shackle. the deaver leaf pack is a 10 leaf pack that provides 2 inches of lift. u must keep in mind that 6 inch shackle provides aprox 2 inches of lift. i rubbed at first with out wheel spacers and trimming. I add 1.25" wheel spacers and removed the inner fender, trimmed the fender and flare back towards the cab a bit, cut the firewall seam in a few spots and smacked it flat with a hammer, and did a cab mount chop. Now i do not rubIMG_20160411_151113_01.jpg IMG_20160616_015016_01.jpg IMG_20160616_015022_01.jpg

Photo one original stock length shock, was originally going to put the block spacer above the coilovers back in from the rough country kit to keep the height. I have up on it because I couldn't get the spindel to meet the uca ( I learned now I prob could have done it if I lifted harder on the LCA) either way I told them I had a drop brackets and block spacer and what I was trying to do and they told me "no that won't work, you can't use the spacer/block" so
They tell me send them back and pay $400 and we will make them the right length. I received pic 2.

Ok photo 2 had me pissed. Not only did I get the wrong length to start, I paid $400 additional and they send me this spacer bullshit. I was expecting and longer springs and more stroke. I argued with them and explained that this is not what I wanted. They refused to admit they thought I was a mall crawler and would not rebuild them the way I wanted for free so I said fuck Kings.

Pics 3 is my friend taking them apart and cutting the spacer down and removing some shims I think.

Pic 4 is them rebuilt with the same short spring but more stroke now because the spacer is cut down.

Pic 5 Is the new 16" eiboc spring installed.

Now they are just amazing. Fuck Kings! Poor service.

They flex and move now very well.

Nice build, I like that armor tech rear, the way it sits closer to flush than the stock bumper appeals to me, as our DCLBs are long enough, lol... the pics with the forklift lifting the front end from the center hoop are a real testament to the build quality I gotta say!
