Who did your swap? Also on Maui.

 

Sorry bro, can’t say atm but a good friend of mine... don’t want these guys getting blown up because a lot of people been asking. I’ll talk to them and see if they’re willing to do more projects if you’re willing to do the swap too.

 

Oh, I already have a 5 speed on both my trucks, haha. Just was wondering if I knew them.

 

Post pics of how they modified the crossmember location for the 5 speed. Im still trying to find the best solution for that.

 

Oh I see haha, wouldn't have done it if I couldn't find the parts and my friends were up for the project. Good learning experience for sure but a lot of good advice from some members here too.

I'll take a pic when I get a chance but basically my buddies welded the manual and auto crossmember together but cut a couple of inches off of each side of one of them so we could bolt the crossmember back up. Idea inspired by @sd_N

 

I do have solid mechanic buddies, but for body work I do not, you know anyone solid you could point a fellow tw maui guy too?
