Hi Folks; I have a '17 that I've put the Magnuson S-Charger on(exhaust, etc) I'm looking to drop the pulley size a touch and increase to 8 psi from the 6 psi provided by Magnuson. WILL this require a new tune altogether or will the computer compensate? Also what is the consensus for max boost a stock engine can take safely? Think I'm gonna upgrade the fuel pump and filter as well. THX for reading.

There is a huge thread dedicated to the supercharger with some recent discussion on smaller pulleys. From what I remember the stock fuel system can handle dropping down one pulley size but no more than that

Hmmmm...Big difference here in understanding of the size of the stock Magnuson pulley . I thought it was 3.0 inches 76.2 mm I'd better get this straight before I go ordering parts

The size is in the part number on the pulley. So you can look at yours if you want to confirm that it's 90mm.

If I remember correctly, back in the OVTune days and his twin turbo kits, I believe the max boost the stock fuel systems can take is 10 psi
