    Hello,

I am new to the forum and I am in need of a clutch. After installing the TRD supercharger with the URD 7th injector my clutch began to slip. I have been looking at the Exedy stage 1 clutch. Is this a good combo with the supercharger or do I need something stronger? I do plan on installing the 2.2inch pulley.

    Thanks

After posting on this thread I decided to drive the truck around a little. The clutch was slipping due to moisture on the flywheel from what I can tell. It's been sitting in my back yard for 9 months. I'm thinking a little surface rust has formed on the flywheel. After about 30miles of driving it's holding strong again.

I too have the LCE 38# and Comp dual stage clutch. It's quality shit.

The fly wheel has to be turned down new?

talking with all the mechanics at the toyota dealership i work at, they all say the aftermarket flywheels need turned even when brand new. just wanted to pass on that little bit of information i had learned, hopefully to save someone else the headache.

So you had to pull the tranny? And have the FW resurfaced? What were your symptoms, if you don't mind me asking?
