Good lord, that sucks! I average 17ish in town and 22ish on the hwy. I'll get 11-12 while towing my 4500lb trailer.

Impressive. I'm averaging 14.5 lately (about 4500 ft here) and have been going easy on the throttle. Best tank was 18.9 on a road trip to Moab.

There is a calibration to determine the correct AFR for sensors behind the cats. You are better off having them installed in front of the cats though, the readings will be more accurate and easier to understand.

If the cats are good, then the AFR will only be off by a few tenths.

Cats are brand new - installed with the new AFE headers last week as warranty replacement. Is it worth moving the sensors at this point? The shop was told to put them in front of the cats......

    Wow.
Tuesday I filled up then went wheeling, 2 1/2 hours away, up around 9500 ft for most of the day. My gas light came on today at 349mi, after some math that makes 19.94 for this tank.
My only mods are TRD charger and Banks exhaust. My truck wears some rock sliders, topper and 255/85-16 tires. I thought for sure my mileage was sub par.

I got 12.5 MPG on my last two tanks. Is that good?

LOL. I thought it would be higher, but maybe it’s normal considering my mods.

Now instead of MPG it’s SPG.

Curious what adding Prinsu cab rack, shell rack, some heavy bumpers and a winch will do.

Roughly every 100lbs you add equates to a 10rwhp drop.

The shell & the speaker equipment is causing the drop. BUUUUT without the blower you'd have a real hog on your hands.

My 12.5 is 90% city 10% highway. I'm sure if I was getting up to highway speeds more and a little more reserved with the right foot I could squeeze 15 out of it. But I drive 8 miles each way to work, go to lunch and misc errands. It rarely has a chance to warm up good.

There could be some tweaking to be done with the UCON tune. Scott adjusted the decel fuel shut off last time, I think it may be going into DFSO less often, so that could be a contributor as well.

Honestly I don't really care, I came from an E60 550i that I ran pretty hard and the mileage wasn't that great on it either. When I first bought the Taco I was getting 19-21 MPG and it felt like free gas, LOL The only time I think the poor MPG would be a factor for me, would be on long trips I'd have to watch the fuel gauge more closely since the distance on a full tank @ 12 MPG is closer to 200 miles than 300 :D But for long trips most likely we'd be taking my wife's RDX.
