So lately my Tacoma has been having constant misfiring issues, changed all the plugs wires and Coil Packs and no dice, so I was told to check the Injectors, so in order to get to cylinder #2 I need to remove the Supercharger, well the bolts are so old and worn down the stripped with almost no effort, so now I need to easy out if but I still would like some tips and tricks to remove it to get to the Injectors

Plan on using the largest easyout you can without hitting the threads- less chance of breaking them off in the bolt, which makes removing them really hard! After you predrill the stripped bolt heads to prep them for using your easyout, soak the bolts with a penetrating oil (WD40, etc,) overnight, then heat up engine and melt paraffin candle wax on the edges of the bolts (it will wick into the bolt threads and lubricate them, but try not to get wax on the bolt heads) the day you remove it.

Should always hit bolts like this with penetrating fluid:

The one I use is super cheap:

99 cent store atf and a jug of acetone, mix in an oiling can and voila! It may make your job still doable without much danger of messing up the threads in your engine. Always use a 6 point socket (vs 12 point) for things like this too! Hopefully it goes well - soak the heck out of those bolts over night 3-4 times and do what you gotta do. If you can weld a nut on top of them that would keep any danger of damaging the threads away. Do that before soaking them in penetrating fluid though. Stuff is flammable!
