You didn't think that towing would decrease your gas mileage?

A charger likely won't help. Well, it may a little bit but not enough to justify the $4,000 cost of the charger...

Yea, I agree. If you in it for the milage than the supercharger is not the cure all. Do I get better milage now... YES 20-24 on the freeways and 18+ in town and I have the power to really take off with a load. I still got about 14 towing a trailer with motorcycle from Seattle to Tucson. If you want better milage while towing go buy a diesel or a large V8. The supercharger is awesome but its by no means the cure for bad milage.

If you're looking to save gas, don't even bother looking at the supercharger.

A sport bike will do 0-60 in 2 or 3 seconds for about $15k ( price of bike). It'll take over 100k to do that in a car. My x-runner had about 340hp rwhp from the TRD s/c. Great Fun. Just matters on warranty or your confidence for who you chose to install it. My friend Kyle installed mine in his garage , no problems !!

There are things I can do on my motorcycles I cant do in a car or truck. The motorcycles are not for everyone but I would never trade mine for a car. I have ridden mind through Typhoons, hail, blistering deserts, everything. Now, that being said, there are things I can do on my supercharged Tacoma I just cant do on my motorcycle. My truck is a lot of fun as well and a lot more practical.

I love them both and would be hard pressed to get rid of either of them.

What is the life expectancy on a super charger before it needs to be replaced?
