What an incredible job he did installing the parts. He was very detailed oriented and was great to chat with.

    Thanks Dave!

1st gen Taco over for a sweet mod. Tundra big brake upgrade and stainless brake lines front and back! So cool that the calipers bolt right on, aside from some minor trimming of the dust shield. If I had a 3rd gen 4runner or 1st gen Tacoma I would be doing this.

    Hi Dave,
I was wondering if I could set up an appointment with you. It seems as if my 2001 Tacoma may need its engine rebuilt…
    Thanks!

Hello there! I wouldn't do this as a side job. But I will send you a PM with some options to hopefully help you out.

Another great job by Dave - 5160s and Icon RXTs Stage 2 on my regular cab 2nd gen. Dave is knows all the tricks to make install a breeze and keep my rig running down the trail smoothly. Got rid of the sag in the rear and picked up a few extra inches, plus the rear end rides so much smoother and tighter on the road and off. Thanks, man!

Got down on this 4runner today. Lots of new parts! LCA's, tie rod ends, CV axle, brake pads and rotors. Was a beautiful day today in SoCal for wrenching. Got rid of the customers shimmy at 50mph!

Even the floor jack matches.

I should probably order new cam bolts and hardware for my lca swap. Do you load those up with anti seize?

Anti seize would probably be best. I've been using grease since that's what I've got on hand lately.

It's always a gamble with the LCA hardware (cam/caster bolts). I've definitely had to cut a few LCA out with a reciprocating saw.

Electrical work….does your electrical work include diagnosis on a 2008 Sequoia O2 sensor reading 0 volts ? :D

It may have been shorted after the cat was stolen and wires cut. Two brand new denso o2 sensors and same, 0 volts.

I might keep fooling around a bit more since I have until next year for until smog check is due :)

That's a tough one. I'm ok at diag but by no means a master. I do have a fancy snap on scanner that might be able to help. Feel free to come by and I can try to figure it out!

2nd gen Tacoma over for a steering rack & pinion replacement. Got lucky and the steering was perfectly centered on the first try!
