    Brush it, clean it up, then hit it with the POR.

    Crawled under my truck today with a new can of fluid film. Crawled back out with the can still full. Couldn't find a speck of rust anywhere. It still looked basically new, albiet a little road grime. Drive down dirt and gravel roads daily...I'm happy.
