Going to pick up some low beams. Seems like the best LED option for our rigs.

I ordered some of these, too. I'm replacing my OPT7's. I know these aren't HID, but I'm ok with that so long as they are brighter than stock, throw light down the road further than OPT7's (and stock for that matter), and are white in color. If stocks are at the low end of the scale and HID's are at the top, then I'm hoping these are at the 3\4 mark.

    Stock AF for now
Mine will be here today. These appear the best option next to Gen 3. The Gen 3 require you to remove your bumper though while the Supernova V3 does not.

i figured, but was curious after watching that headlight revolution video and the guy was hyping them up. i'm set on getting HIDs, but if some LEDs have somewhat of decent throw, i'd look into it. guess not.

They throw far enough where I can see better Than the stock. Lol. First set of LEDs.

Plus you can get a good HID kit + ballast for almost the same cost as decent LED bulbs. Until they develop LED bulbs that don't throw light everywhere indiscriminately I'd stick with HIDs.

Search for the hilux HID kit thread here. People have had great results with them and I'm leaning more towards that.

You can get the exact same kit for around 60 dollars from ebay. Lot of our members have purchased it there for far less.

Have'nt seen any GOOD LEDS that will throw light good enough for Headlights.. OK for some applications, but LEDS for Headlights... I don't think so..!!

So far, I agree with you...for aftermarket plug and play. However, my wife's Lexus has the OEM LED's and it's like God himself has turned on the lights of Heaven to drive behind! I kid you not.
