Just reading on some other forums about swaping out the stock MAF with a Supra one for the larger diameter? It seems to mostly be people with a S/C. Just curious if anyone on here has done this or has any information for it.

    Umm...well...

When i was into supras..we used to swap the MAF housing for a lexus V8 one. What that did was let in about 25% more air..BUT your ECU doesn't know it. So you had to get an AFPR and a Piggy back plus 550cc injectors(about 25% bigger over stock 440cc) and then tune it.

Unless you have a good fuel system and good way to actually control it..i would NOT do it.

also pointless on a non FAI truck.
