Supreme suspension 3"lift kit help!!!!

    i just had installed a 3" front 2"rear block lift kit with differential drop and sway bar bracket. And i notice tha around 30mph and 55pmh i hear and feal vibrations comming from the front does anybody knows whats wrong shoud i take out the differential drop or the sway bar bracket i seen alot of videos of readylift kits being install and the reviews are good whats so different than mine?

    Take out the diff drop and see if the vibe is still there

    The vibe is one of two things, the front driveshaft from the transfer case to front diff or from the left front cv axle / needle bearing on the diff.

    Yes alignment and tire balance today and still does it but if i put it on 4wdrive it actually stops and as soon as i swith to 2wdrive it comes back again

    Thats needle bearing

    You need the ECGS bushing

    The two shops that i stop to ask about my problem say that they install readylift and roughcountry kits and they had never had this problem

    There is a very common problem that occurs with a shitty design by Toyota in the front diff. Where your drivers side front CV axle inserts into the diff there is a needle bearing with a lot of " slop " in it. The further off axis that cv sits the more that issue shows up. A company called East Coast Gear Supply makes a solid bearing ( polished cromoly sleeve ) to replace that sloppy needle bearing with. Search ECGS on this site and you will find a ton of info on it.

    Yes, exactly that is because your CV axles are sitting at an pretty nasty angle now whereas at stock height they were nice and level and rotating all happily and smooth. Now that your cv's are doing this / \ they are not happy anymore, at least the bitchy drivers side one isn't. It is any easy fix, just buy the bushing and the special needle bearing removal tool and its an easy 2 HR job in the driveway.
