lucky yours takes only 30 minutes! i have to wait an hour to apply a second coat of primer in proper weather, (i have to read the topcoat again but i think its several hours after that + scuffing)
i guess this stuff from PA is pretty hardcore or something :notsure:

that is what my truck looks like underneath all of that rubber undercoating, nice!
its getting old and brittle and not sure if i should patch the chip holes in it or just get it all removed and new coating put onit?

The wire wheel really worked fast to remove the surface rust. Though, I don't know what it would be like to use it on undercoating. I just don't have any experience with an undercoating product to offer a suggestion.

    understood!
i have read on TW, and the directions on this FF that I have, that FF will soften rubber undercoating so you are to avoid spraying it onto that unless you wanted it softened up, and to please contact dealer or whomever applied the coating about potential interactions between the two.

Rust-Oleum farm implement paint in gloss black. Takes some time to fully cure. But once cured, it is some tough stuff.

I used that paint. Its like powder coat used to be. Dry time between coats really dragged out my project.

I'm done for now. Time to stop before something goes wrong.

After it fully cures, I may go back and blast out the body supports. I wire wheeled them as good as I could. I just didn't want to get all that blasting sand stirred up while I had a large area to paint.

The frame bottom is like a mirror and reflecting images from the driveway.
