Surging/ Jerking when Accelerating

Having issues with my 2012 2.7L manual taco. When accelerating, the truck jolts or surges almost like it would if the gas ran out. It does this only when in gear and not when in neutral and revd. Changed the plugs and it didn’t fix the issue. No codes are thrown so I’m not sure where to start. Throttle position sensor? Bad fuel pump?
