Surging/Thrusting Problem Under Acceleration

So i took apart my exhaust and both cats are clear as i can shine a flashlight through both. Smoke tested for vacuum and exhaust leaks, none.. replaced the a/f ratio o2 sensor because had a cel for circuit high, so that went off itsekf. Cleaned the maf and tb. Replaced all plugs with denso dual ground all gapped to .044 per manual.. changed rear diff fluid. Changed driveshaft center support. Replaced rear leaf springs because they were bent to a W.. no vibrations, no cel,but it still surges on acceleration like everybody else. Now the other day i filled up on new good gas and it outta nowhere stopped taking gas and bubbling it back up... ive checked all vents and theyre fine blowing through with mouth.. charcoal canister vents are good also along with all valves working like they should, think ive got the internal tank valve issue but dunno.. but only 2 issues im having now is that damn surging and it going all anti gas all the sudden .. like i said no cels no pending cels nothing... frustrating as hell

 

It does sound like your tank vent is clogged. If its bubbling when your putting gas in it. That air coming back out. Drop your tank and check your vent tube without the hose on it. But you know that some Toyota tanks dont have 3 tubes coming off of them. My 91 with a 3.0 had a 19 gal tank with 3 tubes coming out from it. One from fuel going out,one for fuel return,one for vent,going to canister. I bought a replacement,toyota tank, and it only had two tubes coming out. One for fuel line,and one for return.So i just made sure that the hole in the gas cap was really opened up,and it all works fine.
