Anyway, I'll stick with this one, Noticed on my truck when cold from overnight being parked
when I go to back up to pull out of the driveway the rear brakes (Ring) or Squeal )
But only when backing with light pedal pressure. After warmed up it does not do it.

Is this normal or some signal of worn shoes possibly?

    Thanks jake

Too many trucks and mods to list.. check builds
Likely just rust forming over night at the edges of where the shoes wear.

Mine do it every damn morning, unless I rinse the brakes off while rinsing the dew off the windows, then they're silent. IDK, I'm sure my neighbors hate hearing it every day.

I kind of thought it was not anything to worry about as I have heard similar sounds on other
vehicles I've owned. However this is rather loud as kirrax pointed out. I'm going to be
pulling a trailer with it and overall the brakes work fine. Still may take a peek at the shoes
and drums condition. I wish it had disks all around. Was that an option in 2012 ?
