    I have 2 of them they are pretty cool..a little bulky but I keep it in the truck and wife's car as an incase...my son that is in Afghanistan hangs one off a vest he wears over his kevlar.

    OEM TRD supercharger, OEM wheels painted black by me, yellow sidemarkers, arb bumper, LED interiors, roll-n-lock, 5% rear windows, mudflaps removed, protector alarm, mobile trace, blacked out front Toyota emblem, debadged, & tree air freshener.
    I personally feel it's more of a fashion statement. Don't get me wrong, it looks good and does serve a purpose with the cord but I'd rather buy a bag of 550 cord and stuff it into my pack/vehicle.

    i made a keychain lanyard out of some. you can get 100' on amazon for like 7 bucks and make your own.

    i picked some up at a surplus store after work today and watched a youtube video on how to make them! only took me 2 hours haha :D

    i make them, have all kinds of colors, the one i've been wearing daily as of late has reflective striping in it, sure does glow when you hit it with a light!

    one of the trails here has an area where you hug a rock and like slide across the path side ways, there is tie points where you can clip your rope to a tie down point so if you slip you wont just fall off. my rope was not really strong enough, so i just used my bracelet and it worked well on the spot
