Travis don’t need no tree fort. He will just paracopter down and steal yours

So here's the backstory. I am 51 and just bought my first drill. No brothers in my life, my brother in law's are city boys. I am navigating through life on my own for the most part. Haven't found the one, you know? I take care of my elders...so need just enough " supplies" to be useful in case of emergency. I'm taking emergency Management training as a hobby.

Camping hammock. Sleep takes care of many thinks in such situations. I can sleep through Armageddon.

And that Black Rifle Coffee will be better than currency WTSHTF. Stock up. Heck, it's better than currency now!

If he were a real Marine, he’d be eating crayons, lifting things and causing international incidents. Leave the book/blog writing to the SEALs. Everyone knows Marines don’t write gooder.

Lots of good ideas, consider a bug out bag prepackaged like a backpack or 2 , 1 with food, medicine and water supplies that can be grabbed in a hurry, the other with tools and such. I personally like as a firearm a universal type like a 9mm handgun and a highpoint 9 carbine. Both take some ammo. Carbine is good to 150 yrds with +p rounds.

Step 1… Define a time period you need these supplies for... a day, week, etc
Step 2… Google it please. Basic supplies are not vehicle specific. A guy who owns a Ford or Jeep will be carrying the same supplies as the guy in the Nissan.

Once you have gotten a list of your supplies, then check back here on the best place to store or mount them which is vehicle specific!

Good luck and have fun with it!
