So I've been having a squeak/creak coming from the front left side of my 2020 Tacoma TRD-Offroad that began at around 7k miles. I went to the dealership multiple times over the course of the year to get it looked at. It took 3 visits to get it diagnosed and have some bushing replaced. The "fix" didn't last very long and the noise came back a couple hundred miles later. I lived with the sound for about 10k miles until it got worse and it would creak making left turns, going over bumps and me standing on the driver side and shaking the truck side to side.

The dealer has replicated the issue and Toyota is now sending an engineer out to take a look before the dealership ""fixes" the issue.

Anyone else have this issue with their 2020's? Apparently the dealership has had multiple trucks come in with the same issue.

I got that on my old truck its related to loose cam bolts most times, they start moving around and creaking when articulating the suspension, its very annoying noise

My left front body mount was making a creeking noise
Upon removal you could see the alignment in the hole was off pushing the bushing against the body
I tried loosening all the mounts a to allign things but no love

Broke out a reamer and shizam hole centered, replaced bushing
    Job done no more creeks

I had the very same in my 2019 Sport. The front suspension sound like one of those old large Ford sedans from early 70s... anyway, de dealer replaced both front shocks (Toshiba). Problem solved (for now) V.

We'll see what the engineer does. Anyone know how long they tend to be? Honestly just getting fed up with the truck being in the shop so much.

Technician found that the, "frame to body bushing split due to body and frame not aligned proper."

Good it's found. Did he recommend the fix in post 5 to properly align, or just put a new bushing in that will self destruct again later?
