I have a 2017 Tacoma sport longbed. At the time I didn’t get the off road with the beefier suspension because most of my off roading is gravel roads or dirt roads. I wanted more of the highway ride. Now, whether it’s highway or my simple off roading, anytime I’m loaded in the back or pulling something the backend sits low and the front up. It’s nothing terribly bad but enough that concerns me. I also have a Leer camper back on it. So my question is: do I need beefier shocks to take care of the problem, or self leveling air bags, or 3” rear lift and a 2” front lift, or what? I would appreciate any input and thanks in advance.

Unless the truck is bottoming out when towing, its ok for the back end to sit low when fully loaded. Again, as long as it's not bottoming out. If you tow/camp a lot, you should consider a new leaf pack with a heavier spring rate. This will help eliminate the rear sag when towing/camper shell. I would also suggest looking at new shocks to help control the added weight.
