My truck (‘15 doublecab 4x4 base) came with Icon UCA’s with TRD off road springs and TRD Bilstien shocks.
Are the springs stock height? And with the UCA’s do you think the previous owner took out a lift before getting rid of it?
Also, is there a direction should I think about going if I want to lift it 3” with already having the UCA’s?8DC9FAB4-5EEE-452F-8C59-BAFF9CC71AAA.jpg

Looks like you have got some 3rd gen coilovers on there. So you have about an inch of lift over stock. If you want to lift 3" then you'll need to get some different coilovers. Your uca will be sufficient for that

Looks like you have either a set TRD Baja or TRD Pro Bilstein coilovers. The boots are accordion-style(for lack of proper terms) and not the smooth boots like of the 3rd Gen TRD Pro Fox. You have about 1.75” lift up front.

Also, keeping the UCA’s help with alignment numbers and I think reportedly an inch more of downtravel according to an article years ago, when pairing with the TRD Baja/Pro Bilstein’s.

The part number on the coils lead me to believe you have the TRD Baja coilovers. Your spring rate is 650lbs, firmer ride on street and shines at moderate speeds

Would it be stupid of me to to get some spacers for the front and do a full leaf pack in the rear while I save up some more for some full blown coil overs?

Yes! I would rather put full blown front set up and put an add a leaf in the back with some billys
