Looking forward to seeing it installed!

Had my setup installed a couple days ago, love it so far. Not rough at all, except maybe in the rear with the 3 leaf AALs when going over bumps/potholes too fast. The front end though feels SO much better over the tired stock coils/struts.

5100s, OME 881s, Headstrong 3 Leaf AALs (factory overload retained), 1/4" spacer plate on driver's side for lean

Exact setup as mine except im using the 887 coils.
Yeah I don't know what stock rides like but i hate my current setup hopefully this is better. How stiff is the rear, that was one of my concerns with using an AAL? Do you think it will get softer with some time?

You got the 3 leaf AAL right? I don't notice it being stiff at all while driving, maybe slightly more 'bouncy' when going over humps and dips in the road. I only notice the heavyweight stiffness factor of the added leafs when going over a pothole or speed bump at 30mph or so, that's when I can feel it. But they will definitely settle down with time, not to mention if you plan on putting any weight back there (hauling stuff, trailer, camper shell, etc.) you'll be happy you have that extra stiffness. My stock springs alone were getting really tired and saggy, to the point where even just carrying 100lb worth of sandbags in the back end was embarrassing to look at lol. Much happier with it now.

With the 887 coils I think you'll get more front end lift than I did with my 881s, so you probably won't have the rake that I've got...should sit more level.

ill take a little bounce currently if i hit something like a pothole or speedbump with a little speed its like i have solid metal bars for suspension lol. yeah ill get a little more. either way your truck looks great and im sure mine will too.

Looks like a very thorough list haha, unfortunately I can't say one way or the other if there's anything to add or change since I wussed out and had a shop do the install for me. Good luck though! I know a few guys personally that have installed their own 5100 kits and said it was straightforward and relatively easy to do, just time consuming.

all went well except the lower rear shock mounts were giving me trouble. It rides a lot better but is softer than what i had before so more body roll because no sway bar. Also the UCA's are hitting the coils at full droop.

So I did mine today and had the same issue at droop but cleared once I set it down. Your list helped a ton I appreciate it

So far driving it only about 50 miles, I'm noticing a rotational hum or vibe maybe. Definitely coming from the front unsure of what side. I notice as the tires spin like I speed up it gets faster. I still have to get an alignment today so hopefully that helps but I'm thinking it might be a balancing issue cause we did have some trouble with a couple of them. One tire took like 8oz.

Also, very surprising but with a 265/75/16 tire I just BARELY clear the cab mount and actually rub at full lock in reverse on the little flaps that hang on the front of the wheel well, which will be deleted today

This is the only pic I have right now, doesn't do it justice i love how it came out
