2016 tacoma trd

Hey i have a trd sport 4x2, im looking to get 265/70/17 tires and upgrade suspension. How do i know how high my truck will be lifted if i buy a suspension kit but without the lift kit. i dont want to lift the truck but can afford 1-1.5" for the suspension height, any advice? Im looking at the fox suspensions i seen on ebay for around a grand for the set.

also if i have a 4x2 should i just upgrade rear suspension or should i do both anyway?
