Need advice, suspension front end rebuild
I have a 2003 3.4 4x4 with 150K miles. Other than timing belt and brakes I haven't had to do anything to it. But now it needs struts/shocks and I'd like to replace whatever else usually gets warn in the front end.

Truck is stock so I was thinking Bilstein 4600 unless 5100's are better for stock height?

What else on the front end would I replace? Tie rod ens. ball joints?

I see there was a recall for lower ball joints but never had it done. Thought I'd take advantage of that if the dealer still honors it.

How about bushings and sway bar ends. Are there better bushings available such as powerflex?

Plan to get at least another 150 out of it so I don't mind going through it.
Also any recommendations for these parts online?

    Thanks for your help.

Like you said, I'd check upper/lower ball joints, steering rack bushings, check the power steering rack itself, inner and outer tie rod ends, lower and upper control arm bushings and anything else that's rubber in there.
