Suspension replace on 2007 SR5 Tacoma

    07taco: That sounds like a load of crap to me. Why would a lift cause bottoming out? anyway, the only thing that sucks in your situation is that you have a lift, so they can give you a hard time. Either way, the TSB covers all trim packages except for the regular cab. If you get under your rear end and look at the leafs, how many do you have? If you have a total of 3 leafs on each side, you qualify for the upgrade, no matter what they say. If you have 4 leafs total, then you already have the upgrade from the factory. It doesnt have anything to do with VIN numbers that i know of, it has to do with what suspension you have

    took it to universal toyota, yeah will check the number of leafs. i talked to manager of in the service department. and guess what he did not return my call either. told him that the vin is not mentioned he would check into it.
